Low Impact Aerobics-Mon, Wed & Fri at 9 am
Tuesday 5:30 pm; Saturday 8:30am

Toning- Monday,& Wednesday 5:30pm,
Tuesday 6:30pm, Saturday 9:30am

Yoga- Sunday 8:45am, Monday 4:15pm & 5:30pm, Wednesday 4:15pm.

Tai Chi Thursday 5:30pm

Latin-Swing Ballroom Dance classes Thursdays 8-9pm $35.00 per couple or Individual, no experience necessary, no partner required.
